    I love getting sandwiches here on my lunch break from work during the week. The food is great and the staff is amazing, especially Angie! It's nice to go to a local spot where the food is consistently great and the staff makes you feel like a regular even if it's your first visit.  Today I had the Tuna Melt which is my Go To and the Monet is a close 2nd if the Tuna is sold out for the day.  Bring cash and look forward to a chill atmosphere and delicious lunch!

    I was driving around St.Matthews/Lyndon Area and I wanted something local and tasty. I got on Yelp and and noticed this local family owned deli.

    When you walk in it feels like your transported back to the 70s.  There are several hippie inspired posters and trinkets that are for sale. The menu has several different options ranging from cold and hot deli sandwiches as well as soups and salads.  Plus majority of the sandwiches listed are named after a well know rock star/celeb.  I ordered the "Rick James".

    I ate in, the dining area is small and cute. Each table has hot sauce(Franks Red Hot), roll of paper towel, and silverware.  My food came quick and it was great. The chicken was seasoned to perfection and the bun tasted like a mix between a Hawaiian roll with honey.  

    I will definitely be back!  Oh most importantly it's CASH ONLY

    I had the Van Gogh and it was delicious!  Seriously, it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.  It's a small, but cute and clean cafe with great prices!

    Really lovely people. Great people and even better sandwiches with daily specials. Greeted with a smile plus the cook/owner goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. Would give 10 stars if I could. There ya go

    When I started my new job near here a few months ago, this became my go-to lunch spot.  This small cafe offers big taste and quality from the friendly staff.  

    My favorite is the Rick James sandwich that has juicy grilled chicken and spicy cheese and peppers.  Yummy!!

    You can't go wrong with any choice.  With daily specials and everything home made, if you try it you will be hooked!
